We use fast, reliable shipping. Production time varies depending on the product and quantity ordered, as well as on the complexity of your design. Lapel pin orders are normally delivered 5-6 weeks after art approval. We can usually offer rush (UPS or Fed-Ex) shipping and complete an order in less than two weeks! Drop and split shipments are available. All items are shipped in individual poly-bags, and are inspected both at the factory and at our office. We guarantee the quality of your items and that your order will arrive in the agreed upon time frame. In the unlikely event of damaged goods, we will replace the damaged items free of charge.
